Ulteig places a high priority on professional licensure. Becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) provides a significant value to our clients. Ulteig encourages and supports our engineers to pursue this next step in their career. We offer reimbursement for obtaining and, in most cases, renewing licensures. In addition, Ulteig may cover costs associated with non-technical licensures as well.
After 90 days of employment, you may qualify for reimbursement to assist with payment for tuition and fee expenses for classes taken through an accredited university.
Ulteig encourages its employees to participate as active members in professional and technical associations. We’ll even help you cover the costs once the membership is approved.
