Employee Spotlight – Ron Lowe

Senior Construction Manager – Project Services, Ron Lowe brings 35 years of design and construction experience to Ulteig. 

Ron started with Ulteig in June 2017 and is based in Denver. He manages a team of five individuals with technical and engineering experience in construction management. At any given time, Ron’s team is involved in the day-to-day operations of projects from North Dakota to Colorado. 

If there is one word to describe Ron’s experience working at Ulteig, it’s “collaboration.” Even after spending more than three decades in the engineering field, Ron still feels like he has much to learn from others. That’s why he values how Ulteig’s corporate culture encourages team members to work together. 

“Everyone having an opinion will help all of us go further,” Ron said. “Anyone can just pick a tool off the shelf, but they will do an even better job if someone teaches them how to use it.”

“It’s really a group mentality,” he said. “I really enjoy working together with the people down the hall. You can ask them questions, bounce ideas off each other, and everyone contributes their thoughts based on their years of experience. This, in turn, expands your ability to learn more.”
