Ulteig Earns Spot on Prairie Business Magazine’s ’50 Best Places to Work’ List

Prairie Business Magazine, a publication with a readership area that includes North Dakota, South Dakota and western Minnesota, has recognized Ulteig as one of its 2018 50 Best Places to Work. 

This year’s winners were chosen from over 1,300 individual nominations. Ulteig team members from its Bismarck, Fargo, Sioux Falls and Williston offices submitted nominations directly to the magazine, which considered responses to a questionnaire as well as the total number of submissions received by each organization.

One of Ulteig’s strategic goals is to be recognized as a best place to work in the markets and geographies it serves. Over the past few years, employees have shown their enthusiasm for Ulteig by submitting essays and participating in surveys that have resulted in Top Workplace statuses through several publications and organizations. This latest designation helps to reinforce the employee-focused culture.
