Ulteig has once again been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune, meeting a rigorous set of high standards as a company. It is our seventh time on the list.

The Top Workplace list is generated from a survey conducted by an independent research firm, based solely on feedback from our St. Paul and Detroit Lakes teams. Thank you all for taking the time to respond! The list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. Statewide, nearly 3,000 public, private and nonprofit organizations were invited to participate in the annual survey, and over 120,000 employees shared their views.
