Paul Sobczak
Sobczak
joined the T&D & C team as an engineer in Denver, with
experience in management of onsite engineering for utility scale
renewable projects, acting as field and design engineer for BOP and EPC
contracts, and working with subcontractors, AHJs, local authorities,
Engineers of Record, owners and third-party testing firms. Sobczak has a
bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State
University in Fargo, and holds an Engineer In Training certificate.
Don DeGooyer
DeGooyer joined the Substation team
as a design engineer in Denver. He has experience in coordinating with
construction activities to commission electrical systems to include
auxiliary power to motors, pumps, control panels, DCS feedback,
138kV/18kV breaker checkout and function testing, relay settings,
electrical as-built drawings and meeting LG&E’s requirements for
performance testing of the plant. DeGooyer has a bachelor’s degree in
electrical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines &
Technology in Rapid City, S.D., and has an Engineer In Training
certificate.
Elizabeth Lachowitzer
Lachowitzer joins the Sales
team as a sales development associate in Fargo. She has previous
experience in planning and creating marketing strategies and sales
events to increase store presence and awareness, developing pricing
strategies and budgeting. Lachowitzer has a bachelor’s degree in
business marketing, apparel and design from Concordia College in
Moorhead, Minn.
Chris Aragon
Aragon joined the Land team as a
senior survey technician, telecommuting from Minot, N.D. He has
experience in crew management, client relations, commercial and
residential construction staking, boundary and topographic surveys, as
well as oil field pad and facilities staking. Aragon has more than 27
years of experience.
Rebecca Bedell
Bedell joins Ulteig as an
Executive Assistant to the CEO in St. Paul, Minn. She has experience in
scheduling, correspondence, presentations, travel logistics, expense
reports, electronic filing management, invoice processing, as well as
coordinating board, committee and shareholder meetings.
Phil Iwuchukwu
Iwuchukwu joins the Substation
team as a CADD technician in Fargo. His experience is in producing
detailed plans for scope of work, measuring dimensions on site visits,
drafting steel stairs, railings and catwalks, updating architectural and
structural plans, as well as reviewing other drafters’ work for
accuracy. Iwuchukwu has an associate’s degree in architectural drafting
and estimating technology from North Dakota State College of Science in
Wahpeton, N.D.
Laura Elliott
Elliott joins the Legal team as a
contract coordinator in Fargo, with experience in drafting, reviewing
and negotiating legal documents as well as training and advising team
members. Elliott has an associate’s degree in legal administrative
assistant from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, and a
bachelor’s degree in paralegal from Minnesota State University in
Moorhead, Minn.
Bradley Scheidt
Scheidt joined the Substation
team as a technical manager, based in St. Paul. He has experience in
developing corporate data center policies and procedures, performing
on-site data center infrastructure evaluations, reviewing and approving
preventative maintenance activities, coordinating planned data center
shutdowns, developing interconnection and load shedding agreements with
local electric utilities, performing and reviewing arc flash hazard
evaluations, constructing and commissioning green field data centers ,as
well as commissioning new equipment in a live data center. Scheidt has a
bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of
Minnesota – Twin Cities in Minneapolis, and is a licensed professional
engineer in Minnesota.
Kevin Doe
Doe joined the Substation team as an
engineer in St. Paul. He has experience in providing technical
expertise, leading project deployments, assisting the firmware team,
developing and customizing procedures for over-the-air 900 MHz FLEX
paging reprogramming, managing customer relations during product recalls
and developing field trial plans for new products. Doe has a bachelor’s
degree in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University in
Brookings, S.D., and holds a professional engineers license in
Minnesota.
