Once again Ulteig has been recognized as a National Standard Setter Top Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune – congratulations! Over 2,400 organizations with operations in Minnesota were invited to participate in the annual survey, and over 71,000 employees shared their views.
The survey is conducted by an independent research firm and is based solely on feedback from our St. Paul and Detroit Lakes teams. Results of the entire survey were published yesterday in the Star Tribune – click here to access the article.
The survey measures engagement based on six main themes: connection, alignment, effectiveness, the basics (training, benefits/compensation, job satisfaction), my manager and company leader.
Ulteig was among the 119 Minnesota companies that scored high enough to qualify as a Top Workplace against the research firm's national benchmark, the fourth consecutive year that we have reached this milestone.
