Tuition Reimbursement

After 90 days of employment, you may qualify for reimbursement to assist with payment for tuition and fee expenses for classes taken through an accredited university.

Professional Licensure

Ulteig places a high priority on professional licensure. Becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) provides a significant value to our clients. Tests and Annual Renewals are covered by us once approved.

You can apply online from your computer or mobile device and it usually takes less than 10 minutes. Once you’ve submitted an application you can login at any time to check its status.

We review your application. It could take a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

Phone Screen

If selected based on your resume we will reach out to schedule a phone interview.

Formal Interview

You will meet with the Ulteig Team Members for 1-2 rounds of interviews, usually in person.

Job Offer

We make an offer to the top candidate.

Final Screening

A background check and drug screen are conducted. This usually takes 5-7 business days.
