She began her career as a design engineer and advanced to technical manager, delivering consistent technical excellence and guiding teams to strengthen business outcomes. Today, she leads a high‑performing Distributed Energy Resources (DER) team, building trust with clients and colleagues through strong communication and steady, people‑focused leadership.
Abby’s influence extends well beyond her core technical responsibilities. As former Chair of Ulteig’s Culture Committee, she helped shape programs and initiatives that reinforced connection, recognition and belonging across the organization. Her colleagues have honored her twice with Ulteig’s Culture Champion Award for her sustained impact on employee experience and organizational health.
