Ulteig continues to climb the ranks.
We’re proud to share that Ulteig moved up 13 positions to No. 87 on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2026 Top 500 Design Firms list. We advanced across several other key rankings as well, rising 11 spots to No. 74 on ENR’s Top 100 Pure Designers list and moving up to No. 16 in ENR’s Power sector rankings.
These gains reflect steady multi-year growth driven by strong client partnerships, disciplined execution and ongoing investment in the expertise needed to deliver complex energy and infrastructure projects.
ENR’s accompanying article, which examines the effects of rapid growth in data center demand, highlights Ulteig’s role in helping owners and developers navigate fast-moving, high-volatility energy projects. In the article, Ulteig President and CEO Doug Jaeger notes, “The surge [in energy demand] creates opportunity while tightening capacity, especially for specialized talent and teams that can move quickly without sacrificing quality.”
The analysis goes on to spotlight Ulteig’s measured, integrated approach to megaprojects—where data centers, renewables and energy storage intersect—and the importance of executing seamlessly across the full project life cycle.
This recognition reinforces the trust our clients and partners place in Ulteig to deliver critical work that strengthens the grid and supports evolving energy and digital infrastructure needs. We’ll continue building on this momentum with practical solutions, dependable execution and long-term value.
