Aaron Lauinger serves as Ulteig’s first Chief Commercial Officer, focused on aligning market priorities, client relationships, business development, revenue growth and commercial operations, helping Ulteig deepen client partnerships and expand its impact across the Power, Renewables, Transportation and Water Lifeline Sectors®.
Lauinger brings more than two decades of experience in engineering, project delivery, client service, market growth and enterprise leadership to the role. Since joining Ulteig in 2006, he has held progressively broader leadership roles supporting critical infrastructure programs across both public and private-sector clients. Throughout his career, he has focused on building trusted client relationships, leading high-performing teams and advancing strategic growth initiatives that strengthen both business performance and client outcomes.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Lauinger helps direct the company’s growth and business development strategy in accordance with the company’s long-term vision, ensuring commercial decisions are disciplined, client-centered and aligned across the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
