As Chief Financial Officer, Alison oversees Ulteig’s Finance & Accounting and Corporate Development teams.

With a wealth of financial management experience, Alison has a demonstrated record of implementing new business and technology systems as well as re-structuring processes to improve financial and operational reporting. Prior to Ulteig, she served as Vice President of Finance at Skywater Technology Inc. and held financial leadership positions with numerous fortune 500 companies like CHS Inc., Best Buy, and 3M. Alison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Inactive) and is certified in Lean, Six Sigma and change management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Business from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
