Doug Jaeger is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ulteig. As CEO, Doug sets the vision and strategy for the business and invests his time and energy in growing people and the organization. Doug has positioned Ulteig for accelerated growth, inspiring divergent thinking, and implementing systems and metrics to drive a common, integrated approach. During Doug’s tenure, the company has been recognized as a top workplace and grown three-fold over six years while expanding services and growing its client base in North America. Previously, Doug served as CEO of Adolfson & Peterson, Inc., and held executive leadership positions with Xcel Energy, Exelon, and Honeywell. He has served on numerous boards in the areas of technology, power, education, and the environment.
Doug holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and an undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
Doug is a member of the Board of Advisors for Computype (St. Paul, MN) and serves as a Board Member for Great Plains Institute (Minneapolis, MN) and Qualus Power Services (Cincinnati, OH).
