As Chief Operating Officer at Ulteig, Hoss has executive oversight of the Lifeline Sector® operating business units of Power, Renewables, Transportation and Water. Working with the General Managers of each business unit, Hoss ensures alignment between Lifeline Sector strategies and Ulteig’s overall strategic plan. Hoss is committed to keeping clients at the forefront of service delivery while identifying and advancing key market opportunities for continued growth across all Lifeline Sectors.
An experienced business leader with a track record of leading and growing technical teams, Hoss previously served as Ulteig’s Senior Vice President of Power Technical Services, managing the delivery of the highest quality engineering and technical solutions to Ulteig’s Power and Renewables clients.
Hoss holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering (Electrical specialty), from Colorado School of Mines, and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Hoss is a licensed professional engineer in multiple US jurisdictions.
