Leadership Spotlight

Serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016, Jim leads both Ulteig’s Human Resources and Business Services functions. He focuses on establishing and executing strategies to ensure that Ulteig has the talent, workspaces, employee support and inclusive, people-centric culture to succeed as a business. Jim adds, “Having highly engaged team members striving to contribute to Ulteig’s success and achieve their own professional aspirations is critical to achieving our business objectives.” Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and an MA in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
