As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sara Chapman leads Ulteig’s enterprise-wide people function, overseeing Human Resources and partnering with leaders to align talent and culture strategies with the company’s long-term goals. She plays a key role in advancing Ulteig’s people-centric culture, helping employees thrive personally while delivering exceptional work. Sara brings more than 20 years of HR experience to the position. Prior to Ulteig, she held senior HR leadership roles in a high-growth startup, a professional services firm and a regulated utility. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and maintains multiple professional certifications.
