Sandy Zimmer is the grants and funding program manager for Ulteig’s Transportation Lifeline sector, bringing over 33 years of experience, including 22 years with the Federal Highway Administration. Known for her customer focus and ability to simplify complex topics, Sandy has successfully led initiatives that enhance mobility at both local and national levels. She is passionate about helping stakeholders solve their funding challenges.
