Our Approach to Strategic Partnerships & M&A
A strategic partnership with Ulteig means working together to deliver greater client value by leveraging complementary strengths. We welcome alliances with non-competing firms, subconsultants, and strategic partners who share our vision for sustainable infrastructure. Our partnership revenue equation includes:
- Revenue from subconsultant markup (typically 5–10%)
- Revenue from projects executed with strategic partners
- Revenue from partners/subs supporting our three enterprise initiatives:
- Delivering Solutions for Market Transportation
- Engineering & Design Delivery Through Technology
- Developing a Future-Ready Workforce on a Global Scale
