Mallory (Baker) Schupp recently joined Ulteig as Market Director for the Transportation and Water Lifeline Sectors. Mallory has a track record of success helping communities–from North Central Texas to Southern California, and from Central Illinois to Downtown Atlanta–achieve big and impactful transportation goals. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of transportation options, with an approach that centers real-world experiences and embraces contention to achieve transformative outcomes. In addition to her transportation planning and design work, she has led operational analyses, equity studies, and helped stand up new innovations in transportation choice–from vanpool and shared mobility programs to e-bike rebates.
