Ulteig Announces New Power Market Director

Ulteig announces the appointment of Mark Scheid, PE to the position of Power Market Director. Scheid has been with Ulteig for over 15 years, starting as a Substation Engineer, and brings an impressive combination of expertise and experience to this critical position.

Mark’s previous position in Client Solutions was Associate Director-Key Clients, where he served as Client Team Lead for nine clients, including four key accounts. Mark also ably supported other Market Development Managers and Client Team Leads in their business development activities.

Beyond his technical expertise, Mark serves Ulteig with his exceptional collaborative skills, building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. He truly lives the idea of listening and solving to create better outcomes for everyone.

Mark shares, “With the transition of generation sources, the continued pursuit of increased reliability and resiliency, and the addition of new loads, like EVs, there is much work to be done in the industry.
