Ulteig Earns Certification for Disability Advocacy

Ulteig has earned the Advocate Certification from VisitAble, an organization providing disability-inclusion training to ensure workplaces are equitable and accessible for everyone.

The Advocate Certification was obtained through the completion of training hours by 85% of our team and ongoing integration into our onboarding process for new employees. VisitAble visited three of our office locations – Denver, Sioux Falls, and Fargo – to gather more information about our facilities, culture and values. This served as the foundation for an Ulteig-tailored training, allowing us to more seamlessly weave into our existing inclusion initiatives.
