Andrew has 15 years of experience in research and utility planning. His responsibilities have included energy efficiency modeling, energy market modeling, retirement, and capacity analysis related to integrated resource planning, and project management.
He has participated in MISO study groups such as the Supply Adequacy Working Group and Loss of Load Expectation group. He is an active researcher and publishes in internationally recognized journals on topics related to energy efficiency, transmission planning, and resource planning. He is intimately familiar with the functioning of energy markets and provides broad insight into the interaction of their driving components.
