Doug Jaeger is President and CEO of Ulteig. As CEO, Doug sets the purpose, vision and strategy for the business while building an employee-centric, growth minded and engaged culture. Doug has positioned Ulteig for accelerated growth, inspiring diverse thinking with a high-performing team to drive top-quartile performance. During Doug’s tenure, the company has been recognized as a top workplace and grown four-fold over seven years while expanding services and growing Ulteig’s client base across North America.
Doug holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and an undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
Previously Doug served as CEO of Adolfson & Peterson Inc., and held executive leadership positions with Xcel Energy, Exelon, and Honeywell. He currently serves on the Boards of MDU Resources Group Inc. and Great Plains Institute with prior board service for Computype Inc., Amsoil, Inc. and Qualus Power Services.
