As Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CITO), Nick leads Ulteigās technology and innovation business unit dedicated to enterprise technology, design technology and product development for the benefit of our clients and team members. Leading Ulteigās Technology & Innovation Enablement strategy, Nick ensures the rapid implementation, development, and commercialization of technology-enabled solutions.
Nick has spent more than 20 years committed to improving community, client and employee experience through technology and innovation as a tech leader. Under his leadership and throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging technology in pursuit of innovative solutions, reinforcing Ulteigās reputation as a leader in the industry.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and earned a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
