The Application Process

1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION- You can apply online from your computer or mobile device and  it usually takes less than 10 minutes.  Once you’ve submitted an application you can login at any time to check its status.

2. APPLICATION REVIEW- We review your application.  It could take a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

3. PHONE INTERVIEW- If selected based on your resume we will reach out to schedule a phone screen.

4. FORMAL INTERVIEW- You will meet with the Ulteig Team Members for 1-2 rounds of interviews, usually in person.

5. JOB OFFER- We make an offer to the top candidate.

6. BACKGROUND CHECK + DRUG SCREENING- This usually takes 5-7 business days.

7. WELCOME TO ULTEIG- We’ll call you once you’ve passed the background check to confirm your start date!

We Invest in Your Development

tuition reimbursement

After 90 days of employment, you may qualify for reimbursement to assist with payment for tuition and fee expenses for classes taken through an accredited university.

professional licensure

Ulteig places a high priority on professional licensure. Becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) provides a significant value to our clients.  Tests and Annual Renewals are covered by us once approved.

professional memberships

Ulteig encourages its employees to participate as active members in professional and technical associations. We’ll even help you cover the costs once the membership is approved.
