Kisch named technical director of Land Services

Kurt Kisch is Ulteig’s new technical director of land services, with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. In his new role, Kisch oversees the survey and GIS teams, driving the strategy and operation toward both prospective and existing clients. Based in Ulteig’s St. Paul, Minn., office, he is responsible for roughly 25 individuals spanning six office locations throughout the Upper Midwest.

Of his new role, Kisch said, “I’m looking forward to new challenges and to help build and grow a company with such a rich history.” Jason Hoskins, Ulteig COO, added, “I am very excited to have Kurt join the team. He will bring a level of expertise and leadership for the group that will help us drive the strategy and success of the land team into the future.”

Prior to joining Ulteig, Kisch held director-level positions leading land services organizations comprised of nearly 30 people across multiple offices. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology with surveying option at East Tennessee State University, and is a licensed professional land surveyor in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana.
