Congratulations to Ulteig client CHS, Inc., a leading global agribusiness diversified in energy, grains and foods, on its efforts to strengthen the refined fuel supply infrastructure for its member-owners in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. 

Ulteig is proud to be working with CHS and its partner, NuStar Energy L.P., by serving as the local right-of-way (ROW) agent for these important projects. Ulteig secured the option to purchase 60 acres for a storage tank facility in Raymond Township, ND as well as option agreements for easements with the landowners on the seven and one-half mile pipeline route between the proposed Cenex Pipeline, LLC facility near the town of Prosper, ND and the existing NuStar Pipeline in Mapleton Township, ND. Construction on both of these projects is expected to begin in early June.

Ulteig’s ROW staff will be the liaison between the contractor and the farmer partners through the projects’ completion.
